Where’s my order?
Delivery to mainland UK addresses usually takes 3 – 5 working days, but we endeavour to deliver earlier than this where possible.

What if I’m not home to sign for my order?
If no one is in to sign for your order then a card will be posted through your letterbox from Royal Mail. You can contact them to rearrange delivery or collect from your local office.
I have a problem with my order, what do I do?
We’re here to help! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll aim to respond to you within 1 working day.
Can I add an item to my order once it’s placed?
Unfortunately, not. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, which is sent to our warehouse for picking and packing.
Can I change my address/details once an order is placed?
Pop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do. If the order has not been processed we would be happy to change your address.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the UK at this point.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel you order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel your order and refund your card.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
